Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Doggy Dooty Pet Waste LLC's services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Any activity that interferes with our operations or violates applicable laws will not be permitted.

3. Pricing Policy

Service quotes are based on the information you provide. Pricing may change following an initial yard inspection. If you pause services and later resume, an initial cleaning fee may apply before you are re-added to the service schedule.

4. Payment Policy

• Initial or One-Time Cleanups: Payment is due immediately after service completion.

• Monthly Services: Payment is due on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Once a month cleans will be charged the Initial cleaning fee each month.

• Late Payments: Accounts with overdue payments may be temporarily suspended.

5. Weather Policy

We operate year-round, weather permitting, and will complete any missed services during the next visit. The full monthly fee will apply even if services are delayed due to weather.

6. Access Policy

You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians have clear access to your yard. If access is not provided, you will still be charged for the missed service.

7. Dangerous Pet Policy

If your pet exhibits aggressive behavior that prevents us from performing the service, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you. If service cannot be completed, you will still be charged for that visit.

8. Cancellation Policy

• No Contracts: Services may be canceled at any time with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Pausing Services: An initial cleanup fee will apply when resuming services after a pause.

• Partial Month Refunds: If you cancel before the month is complete, we will refund the unused portion.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work! If you’re not satisfied, notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll return to reclean your yard.

10. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure accessible entry points for technicians.

• Notify us of any changes to pet behavior, number of pets, or access issues.

• Keep the yard clear of obstacles that might prevent waste removal.

11. Service Provider Responsibilities

We are responsible for removing pet waste from accessible areas. Any additional areas requiring cleaning may incur extra charges.

12. Limitation of Liability

Doggy Dooty Pet Waste LLC is not responsible for any damage to your property or pets resulting from our services, except in cases of gross negligence.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Doggy Dooty Pet Waste LLC from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any unpaid balances are due immediately upon termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
